Refund policy
At Saumya's, every jewellery piece is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. As our products are personal fashion accessories, we maintain the following policy to ensure fairness for all customers.
1. Return & Refund Policy
Returns and refunds are accepted only if the jewellery is received damaged or broken during transit.
To request a return or refund:
- An unboxing video is mandatory.
- The video must be continuous, starting before opening the package and clearly showing the condition of the parcel and the jewellery.
- Claims without a complete unboxing video cannot be processed.
2. Exchange Policy (Silver Jewellery)
Silver jewellery purchased from Saumya's Jewellery can be exchanged under the following terms:
Exchange Process
- Ship the jewellery back to Saumya's Jewellery along with the original product certificate.
- The product will be inspected to verify its authenticity and condition before processing the exchange.
Exchange Value
- Exchange: 85%–90% of the current silver value (depending on the product's condition and category).
- Cash Buyback: 80% of the current silver value.
Silver Rate
- The prevailing silver rate on the day the product is received and verified by Saumya's Jewellery will be considered for calculating the exchange or buyback value.
Important Notes
- The original certificate is mandatory for processing the exchange or buyback.
- Products that are damaged, altered, repaired, or missing components may be subject to deductions or may not qualify under the exchange policy.
- Shipping charges (if applicable) will be borne by the customer unless otherwise communicated by Saumya's Jewellery.
3. Products Not Eligible for Return
The following are not eligible for return or refund:
- Change of mind
- Colour or design preference
- Incorrect selection by the customer
- Minor variations due to photography or screen settings
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused after delivery
- Jewellery altered or repaired by any third party
4. Reporting a Damaged Product
If your order arrives damaged:
- Contact Saumya's within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share:
- Order details
- Unboxing video
- Clear photographs of the damaged product
Our team will review the claim and provide the appropriate resolution.
